The village is located on the 17th km of the Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway, with a convenient exit to the highway, the road to the Moscow Ring Road takes only 15 minutes. Private residences were built according to the project of the leading Swiss architectural bureau Shindler + Partner. The project is fully built and ready to move in. Developed infrastructure on the territory of the village, completed the improvement of public spaces. A private school Cambridge International School with a British education system, as well as an indoor skating rink, is already functioning here.
